Our Team
The people behind your order
Music Instruments is run by a small, dedicated team with one focus: helping players, parents and teachers pick an instrument from plain facts. That means the maker's details on every product page: size, key, materials and what is in the box. We keep the range tidy and the service personal.
When you email us, a real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No call centres and no scripts, just straight answers about an instrument, your order or your delivery.
Music Instruments is a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd (ABN 30 656 628 938), a wholly owned subsidiary of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.
